The "3D printed Detector" (3DET) collaboration is investigating and developing additive manufacturing as a new production technique for the future scintillator particle detectors with performances comparable to the state of the art.
We present 3D-printed plastic scintillator particle detectors produced by use of Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) technology.
Samples of scintillating filament together with white reflector filament as well as a matrix of optically isolated scintillator cubes will be shown.
Results of R&D phases can be obtained in the references [1] to [3].
