IdeaSquare Progress report 2021-2023
Hello, you curious mind! In the last 3 years, a lot has happened at IdeaSquare.
Continuing our distinctive research into innovation knowledge, we have been reimagining and testing novel, design-driven educational practices, and addressing the complex challenges of humankind based around the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
We’ve also carried on intertwining science and technology through numerous projects to help us promote innovation and generate positive impacts on society in line with CERN’s mission.
To show you our progress in achieving our goals on sustainability and societal impact, throughout our last Progress report you’ll see we often ask you to tilt your head and shift your viewpoint. Follow the line and find out more about the social footprints we have proudly left between 2021 and 2023.
Included in the report are outlines of the six interlinked areas around which IdeaSquare activities revolve. These are:
- hosting R&D&I projects;
- supporting selected innovation-focused, EU-funded projects;
- prototyping;
- running design-driven workshops and associated educational programmes;
- organising events;
- and sharing knowledge in experimental innovation.
